About

Jay Kinder was literally born into real estate. His father, John Kinder, began his real estate career in 1977, the same year Jay was born. By age nineteen, Jay was ready to make it on his own and in July 1997 under the Coldwell Banker name, he became a full-time agent. Jay developed a passion for every aspect of real estate and yearned to know as much as he could about the industry. He used the knowledge that he acquired to empower those within the real estate network as well as clients during the home buying and selling process. His intense focus has led him to become certified in the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which less than 1% of Realtors obtain. Motivated also by the urge to provide value-added life experiences and promote home ownership across the Lawton community, Jay set his goals high from the start and never let down.

For ten years, Jay has worked to develop the most effective real estate system in the industry and his business acumen and intent on continually gaining knowledge has paid off. In 2007, Jay was named #5 in the World for Coldwell Banker, competing with over 120,000 realtors – being the youngest to ever obtain this achievement. The results don’t stop there. In 2007, Jay was also ranked #1 in Oklahoma and #2 in the Southern Region including over 1,700 realtors from 14 states. He has been recognized with the honor of #1 Sales Associate in Oklahoma in 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007. Jay was also honored by the Small Business Administration as the 2006 State and Regional Young Entrepreneur of the Year. As is evident through his accomplishments, Jay has continued to grow and succeed with his business and has loved every second of it.

Throughout his real estate career, Jay has been depicted as the Master of Real Estate and has earned recognition as one of the Top 30 Realtors under 30. He has been quoted in some of the top Real Estate publications to include Realtor Magazine, REO Magazine, The Residential Specialist and RIS Media Real Estate Magazine. Jay takes pride in sharing the information he has learned. He is currently one of the top real estate entrepreneurs in the country providing training and resources to others nationwide that are trying to achieve excellence and success. He has served as a mentor to his peers at a national, regional and local level and aims to help anyone within the real estate community achieve their goals.

As a leader in understanding and implementing the proper systems in the real estate industry, Jay has worked hard to help others develop their own professional business models. He is very adamant about helping others succeed and achieve the goals they never thought possible. No matter what industry or interest, Jay has the ability to inspire and encourage anyone that wants more out of life.

Michael Reese, a Lawton, OK native, started his real estate career approximately 7 years ago, but he’s been groomed for sales and excellence his entire life. The son of a Command Sergeant Major said that in his house, his mother had only one way to do things "exactly and completely – there was no gray area." As a result of this adherence to following through, Mike has excelled in every sales job he’s had. In fact, as a teenager, he was asked by his school to not sell the candy his mother bought for him in bulk at the store because he was outselling the school itself and cutting into their profits.

In 2002, after a visit with his friend Jay Kinder, Michael decided that real estate was the career for him. In his first two years in the business, he sold over 100 homes. In his third year alone, he exceeded that two-year total by more than 24 homes. By the end of his 5th year, at only the age of 27, he achieved what most real agents dream of, earning over $1,000,000 GCI in a twelve-month period. By the end of his 6th year, he had sold over 500 homes in his short real estate career and he’s on pace to sell almost 250 homes this year.

In 2006, he and his team at Keller Williams were voted the "Best of Business" for Frisco, TX. As well, he was voted a member of the prestigious "30 under 30" group for Realtors across the United States. In 2007, Michael ranked within the Top 5 for Keller Williams in the Southwest Region and currently holds the ranking of #19 worldwide.

Understanding that you get more when you give, Michael regularly speaks to new agents entering the ranks at the Champions Real Estate School in the Dallas area. He values what he learned there and wants everyone to be successful in his or her real estate career. He has also created systems and programs within his real estate business that allow his agents to be successful and still have balance in their lives. These same programs have created a great real estate enterprise that delivers amazing results to his clients

His philosophy is very simple. He believes that you don’t have to be the best Realtor, just the best marketer. The one with the most clients makes the most money. The more people you can get in front of, the better chance you have to sell more homes and the more people you can help.

Michael currently does coaching with Jay for real estate agents from around the country and he is in talks to do some training for a variety of organizations nationwide that serve the real estate industry. His goal is to serve others to help them meet and exceed their wildest dreams and expectations.
